BCCI Broadcast Graphics Tender 2025: Invitation for Proposals

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of broadcast graphics services during its upcoming domestic cricket seasons. This announcement opens the door for reputed Indian and international service providers to be part of India’s premier cricketing framework.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

General Eligibility:

  • Only entities that purchase the RFP may bid.
  • The purchasing entity or its group entity may submit the proposal.

Financial Eligibility:

  • Average annual turnover: ₹2 Crore (past 3 years)

Technical Eligibility:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in cricket broadcast graphics.
  • Prior work with ICC members (e.g., Cricket Australia, ECB).
  • Experience across T20, ODI, and Test match formats.
  • Must deploy HD graphics kits for two concurrent events.
  • Must have a dedicated in-house team:
    • 1 Designer
    • 2 Developers
    • 4 Operators
